Refund & Return Policy – Ank Seva
We want our customers to feel confident in their consultations and product purchases. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully.
1. Consultations

No refunds or cancellations for astrology, numerology, or related consultations.

Once guidance is delivered, the service is considered completed and non-refundable.
2. Gemstones & Products

Products once sold are non-returnable, except in cases of damage during delivery.

Energized gemstones, yantras, and customized products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Damage Claims

Customers must notify Ank Seva within 48 hours of delivery if a product is damaged or defective.

Proof (images/videos) must be provided for verification.

Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds for eligible physical products will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Exceptions

Change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction due to personal beliefs does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds are only applicable for verified cases of damaged or defective products.
